About Abbie
I work with organizations and the women leading them — across media, healthcare, education, and faith-based sectors. My background is in leadership architecture, succession pipeline development, and organizational systems. My lens is shaped by faith.
I've seen what happens when structures betray the people inside them. I've also seen what becomes possible when they don't. That's the work I do — and it's the work I bring to every coaching relationship.
